Error message No AA590 in tx AIBU/ AuC Settlement

Dear Gurus,

We are using transaction AIBU, when we try to settle an AuC to a finished Asset we get Error message No AA590.

We checked configuration AO75 and didnt see anything wrong, we are working with version S/4 HANA 1611:

S4CORE / 101 / 0002 / SAPK-10102INS4CORE / S4CORE

According to our review Error AA417 or AA590 is due to a standard SAP error, it was 1 type of transaction 346 - Acquire transfer of the AUC curr-yr stock that was in code AO76 - Define transaction types for retirement transfers that were part of the group 36 - Retirmt transf. curr-yr acq. AuC-l.items and should have been in tcode AO75 - Define Types of Transactions for Acquisition Transfers as part of group 37 Acquire the curr-year of the transfer. AuC collection:

we apply the note as you indicated but continue giving the same error
