Hi,
in our ICWC when a user changes the ibase/instance of a process there is no change document written.
I know how to turn on the change documentation of an object used in a process. The object has to be defined as relevant for change documentation (in CRMV_OBJECTS). And the fields which should be documented also have to be signed as change document relevant (further characteristics of the data element -> check change document).
My question is how to document the changes of ibase/instance changes. I did not find the correct table. In report CRM_ORDER_READ the instance information of a process is found in table ET_REFOBJ. So first of all the object REFOBJ is not signed as change documentation relevant in table CRMV_OBJECTS. I think I have to change that first?!? Right?!? But which data element do I have to sign as change documentation relevant?
Best regards,
Ben
Hello Ben,
To better help us locate the right expert to help you, can you kindly advise whether the change logs are also missing when you change the Ibase from outside the Interaction Center -- e.g., from the SAP GUI transactions IB52 for example?
Thanks,
John
