Missing Type for URL parameters in URL iView Editor

Hi,

When I create an URL iView in my portal, I want to add an URL parameter to get User Informations and so to use the type "User Information".

The problem is in the column "TYPE", I only have the choice between "String", "Mapped User" and "Mapped Password". The types "User Information" and "System Information" are missing.

I don't understand why I don't see theses types because following SAP documentation "http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/cd/27896f80f84d83809b7b5cef203dca/frameset.htm", these types are available.

Do you know the reason of this issue?

Thanks for your help.

Cedric

Search for 'Application Integrator' iView, this is much more powerful then URL iView. Here you can add custom properties

      Hi,

      Thanks for these links.

The first weblog explains how to download the AppIntegrator.zip file from the SAP Service Market Place.

-> The problem is that I don't find this file on sapnet and the weblog was written in 2005.

Could you give me the good path to donwload this archive on SAPNET?

In the second weblog, I can download the ZIP file "AppIntegrator.zip " and the file "com.sap.portal.howtos.webapp.par".

-> The problem is that this file is validated for portal version EP6. Can I implement this archive in my portal EP7 SP11?

      Thanks for your response.

    Dear Cedric,

Could you please tell me which version of the portal you are using including the service pack.

And to which external system you are connecting using system information.

    Thanks,

    Regards,

    Anupama
