How to link a document created in project, in a service desk message

Hello,

For our work follow up we use the service desk. Sometimes a question needs profound functional analyses. We created then a document in our project for this. But how can I link this document with my message? My goal is to view this document in my message, but update it only on 1 place, ie in the project.

Or is there another easy way to hop from a message to a specific document in a project? Might solve my issue as well.
