MRP

Hi i need help with regard to the MRP Wizard.

the problem i am encountering is that the "Historic data - Final Stock' value does not carry forward, i have a forecast that states 75 per month and a minimumm order quantity and multiple of 100, so i will have a excess 25 every month i order, but then on the 3rd month i will have sufficient quantities ( 25 * 3 = 75) because i have met my requirement of 75. Then i will order again in the next month. Why does the existing stock not be taken into account, i have ticked the checkbox as well as all warehouses. SAP 2005 SP001 PL 22.

    hi,

Yes i have set a minimum level of 201, but even when i have taken this off, i.e. = 0 it still doesnt bring forward the initial balance of stock. the only thing that changes with the min stock level would be the gross requirements increasing by 201? the main issue is that MRP doesnt take into account my existing available stock
