how to clear trc queues in ecc system

Hi Team,

IDOC are send from ECC to SAP PO 7.4 single stack through RFC tcp/ip connection using registered program id.

Data is getting strucked in sm58 entry and when executing manually it is processing using F6 button places on the entry but not with bulk push i.e using program 'RSARFCEX'.

Hello Rajesh,

You mean the messages are stuck in error or they will be in Transaction Recorded status? If they are in Error, then please check the error and resolve it accordingly.

If they are in Transaction Recorded status, then your ECC system must be loaded and the System is not able to handle huge number of IDocs. With the help of your Basis team, please check if the work processes are held and what is actually the work process which is delaying your IDoc processing. Transaction code to check work processes is SM50.

Hello Nitin,

There is no issue in PO server when we send more than 4 or 5 lakhs records I'm facing the issue. Should we use any additional parameters for performance or memory tuning in NWA (Or) should it be compressed and zipped?

Hi Rajesh,

Are you executing the report like below parameters? make sure the date and time and make sure select the error check boxes when you execute the report.

Should we need to register the Program ID at source system i.e ECC as well at target server i.e PO.

Yes I'm executing the same but it is not clearing. ECC system is unable to push the messages to PO single stack.

Will be any memory tuning issue or any parameter missing in NWA? I find slowness in java session and keep on loading and sometimes 503 service not available in PO single stack server and RFC connection drop in ECC system when trying to push data to PO.
