Hi Team,

I assigned workcenter in user decesion step.after triggering the workflow (i checked in SWEL) , in transaction swi2_freq it is showing it is a generic decision task, But for that work center a user is assigned it is not showing that user.

Can u any one help me.

Try to refresh the buffer from SWU_OBUF Tcode and try to test it again. It will work. If it still does not work then please check whether any excluded agent is maintained in your Workflow.

Hi team,

I tried as u said , but same no agent it is showing.

This is the first time i am using the work center . what i did is there, in user decesion step in agent tab in took work center and i assigned the work center number , is it enough or any thing i have to do.

What did you assign to the workcenters, users or pernrs? If pernrs do they have the user-id's stored in subtype 0001 of infotype 0105?

Hi martin,

as u said in that work center they assigned perners , in this case user are not come directly? is there any process.

But i assigned two user directly, when i excute that it is showing the agents.(which were assigned by me)

if they maintained only perners, how we can fetch that users

Do the pernrs have the user-id stored in infotype 0105? If so I think it should work.

Hi Martin,

In PO03 they maintained releation ship as belongs to (003)

. if i am using with this , it is not showing any agents . if i changed to holder(008) it is showing agents.

But my client said previously we are using 003 no need to use 008.

Here what is currect one. if 003 is the currect case why i am not getting agents? Can you clarify my doubt. Please

Here i am facing one new problem, they assigned mail id's to that workcenter. but we didnt receive mails. i checked in SWU3 every thing is ok there. we have to maintain any thing in SCOT transaction. Please guide me how can i overcome the above two problems.

I have never worked with work centers, but as far as i know they are normally linked to Positions and not directly with users. And that relation is 003. So maybe your setup is different from the original setup and that is why the different relations worked.

Regarding your second question, please post new questions in new threads. But you need configuration in SCOT. This has been discussed here several times so please search the forum for this.

The Workcenters are linked to Personnel number and User Id. Check the transaction PPSM where you maintain the agents of a Workcenter. There you can assign Personnel Number and User Id.;

Did you check everything? Like is the user still valid, is the relationship valid. Do you have the correct workcenter?
