How to integrate ChaRM with Solution Documentation in solution manager 7.2

Hello Experts,

Please let me know how to integrate ChaRM with solution documentation.

We are using both ChaRM and solution documentation in our solution manager 7.2. We want to the configuration steps to integrate Charm with solution documentation.I have

I have below questions.

1)If we do any changes using change documents, will all the objects which are changed are reflected in solution documentation structure.

2) IF we upload any document in Change documents, will it be automatically uploaded to Solution documentation structure.

3) If both the options above are possible, where we need to configure this.

If any document present it will be helpful....
