our scenario is Proxy to SOAP and we have a payload of greater than 3 MB. PI is not able to process the entire message and giving no response available error. We tried with three timeout parameters but no luck as we are having SP less than SP13. Could you please suggest a solution.

Hi!

Did you try "XMBWS.Timeout" parameter in your receiver SOAP adapter?

Regards, Evgeniy.

yes Evgeniy, we tried it. But our SP level being 12 this parameter is not working.

Hello Praveena,

See note #1621719 Timeout parameters in SOAP Sender/Receiver Adapter. Also see Setting a Channel-Specific Timeout.

Further tuning recommendations are available in PI Troubleshooting Tips: How to Tune PI Synchronous Scenarios
