CRM 2007 XCM admin settings

Hi

We are implementing CRM 6.0 at client site. Here we will be downloading variant products from ECC into CRM. Now in CRM 5.0 I had used URL

http://<host-name>:<port>/ipc/admin/xcm/init.do

for making these settings. But when I try to access this URL in CRM 6.0, it shows me a message that this service doesnot exist.

If anyone of you have worked on this area, please tell me what all settings are needed in CRM 6.0.

Thanx...

Cheers

Hi Hitesh,

It works for me. Check with your basis guys if the URL you are using is correct.

Hi Hitesh,

I would say just check for the Java server or just type in http://<java_server_name>:port/index.html. If it takes you to a place its working fine. Then check for the application ipc inside visual administrator.

If both are there, then this URL should work.

Hi

In visual admin...I am not able to find any service with name IPC. Please tell me the name of the service that needs to be present there.

Cheers

All applications are under 'apps' folder. go to j2ee/cluster/server0/apps directory and there you should have ipc application along with b2b and b2c in apps folder. In case they are not ask basis guys to look into it.
