Hi,

We have to pay merit increase according to performance evaluation matrix vs the percentile of the pay grade. So for Excellent there is another percentage for each percentile. For Very Good there is another percentage for each percentile, and so on.

We have set up the performance evaluation matrix and the merit pay dimension table in SAP. As SAP uses compa-ratio we had to "translate" the percentile to compa-ratio for the merit pay dimension table. However, when running the compensation with these values we get an error for a couple of employees with message # 3F424: There is no entry in the segment table for calculated specif. Consequently no merit percentage is calculated for them when applying guidelines. Have any of you had this same problem.
