Help in FMS to show passport number of a Row Owner in sales order

I have a client who wants to see Passport Number for every Row Owner in the sales order. The owner is linked to the OHEM table and I have created an FMS query to bring out the passport number in a UDF i have created at Sales Order row level. But the problem I am facing is that the Owner column field is a Variable.

i have created this query; SELECT T0."passportNo" FROM OHEM T0 WHERE T0."lastName"=$[$38.260.0]. Its not working. The '260' I have put on $[$38.260.0] is the column.
