Issue in formatting long text in Transaction ALRTCATDEF

Hi ,

In transaction ALRTCATDEF i have created a alert category and added MESSAGES to the long text container .

My Message table looks like below .

Issue -

I am getting the mail body like below

Error in Notification

Error in GR

Error in PO

notifcation1

GR#123

PO 456873

My question - How to do the exact format ? like MSG MSG_V1

I want line break for each message

I am using the below code

&MESSAGES[].MSG##&&MESSAGES[].MSG_V1##&
