how configuring Approval Process for Sales Quote with Internal Pricing?

Hi Community

We requiere an approval process for item pricing.
We have reviewed the available options in the Approval creation menu and do not see any reference to Item Price or Item Discount only Total Price and Total Discount.
We are using an internal price list.

How can we adapt an approval process to execute against item prices and not total prices?

Hi William,

The approval attribute "Total Given Discount" can only be used in connection with - C4C internal pricing. Approval process for your requirement.
The same applies for the "Overall Discount" field in Sales Quote header.

There is an attribute called "Total Given Discount" which can be used in approval conditions. This is a Percentage (and not a value) which takes into account the items and header discounts given in the quote document.
