Change of Employer name in Form16

Hi all,

Our employer name got changed and we need to bring the New name in Form 16. Can anyone please let me know where to change the Employer name to get the new EMPLOYER address in Form16.

Hi Sonia,

SAP Tax reporter standard functionality reads Employer Name and address from table T5UTL for Tax reporting purposes.

So check that table wherein you can change Employer name and Address.

Hi Sonia,

If you want to enter your new employer name.

Go to Personnel Area in Enterprise Structure there we have a provision for Address.

Select your Personnel Area > Click on Forward arrow mark> there you can change your employer address.

After doing these steps address will change automatically in Form 16.
