Hi,
It is not possible to remove posting period once transactions posted to that period.
Only possible way is to restore DB before this posting period creation.

What you can do in this scenarios is:
1. Delete the posting periods starting from the last one until you get to this particular period
2. Delete period
3. Recreate periods and ensure sub periods are set to months
Please note that you can delete periods only if you don't have transactions

I would try this is a test environment first, but what about removing all the 2019 periods first?
