How can I enable the Excel format when downloading queries in SAP BI PROD(PW3)

Good morning, I am unable to choose the Excel format when downloading queries in SAP BI PROD(PW3). Everyone in my company is able to do so, except me. We can only access SAP through Internet Explorer and I have tried using the same account on other computers in my company and it lets you choose the Excel format.

Have you tried talking with your company BI support ?

What version of a product are you using ?

How is your machine (where you have an issue) is different from other computers where you do not ?

A screenshot would help understand the behavior better, as well.
