How can I enable the Excel format when downloading queries in SAP BI PROD(PW3)

Good morning, I am unable to choose the Excel format when downloading queries in SAP BI PROD(PW3). Everyone in my company is able to do so, except me. We can only access SAP through Internet Explorer and I have tried using the same account on other computers in my company and it lets you choose the Excel format.
