    Hi Chandu,

MM_EBAN is the SAP Standard Archiving Object to archive the Purchase Requisitions. Not possible to make changes to MM_EBAN.

    To archive MM_EBAN :

Go to SARA- Enter MM_EBAN in Archive Object field.

You can set residence period for Purchase Requisitions in Customization.

Click on Customization -->Application specific customization->Execute.

You can set Residence time 1 ans Residence Time 2 for each available Purchase Doc types based on your client requirement.

Retention period can be set in Third party server(archiive server) not in SAP system.

Retension period is period of offline data in Arhcive server.

In SARA main screen click on Preprocess Button to set MM_EBAN data for Arhcive.By executing this Preprocessing program deletion flag and deletion indication will be set for MM_EBAN data based on Residence time1 and Time2.You can go for One-step procedure which enables to archive immediatelly in one run.

    Execute the program.

In SARA main screen clikc on WRITE Button to archive the MM_EBAN data.Create variant and click on MAintain.Enter the selection sscreen with your required fields(As per your client requirement ).

Save the screen values with variant Attribute name. Set Start time and Spool params.Execute.

Hope this will help you to archive the MM_EBAN Data.

    Thanks & Reagrds
