Disable Password Change Request on SAP GUI after change it on IDM Logon Help

Hi,

I need disable the Password Change Request on SAP GUI after change it this on Windows Active Directory or SAP Logon Help. AD (LDAP) is already integrated with ABAP through IDM 8.0. I don´t know like do this, please help me.

I tried doing with this note, but the interface is not same for IDM 8.0 that is managed from "Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers":
