create SO's problem

Hello,

When creating SO, one error massage shows:"Version 0 is not defined for fiscal year 2008".

Could you please let me know how to fix it?

This occurs when the controlling area isn't linked to the fiscal year in question.

A simple configuration could take care of it through Transaction code OKEV.

Go to transaction OKEV.

Highlight the zero record and double click settings for each fiscal year and add it or copy an existing year.

Go to TCODE:OKEQ

1)select version 0 here and ext select settings for each fiscal year under controlling area settings

2)give your controlling area XXXX and version 0 then enter

3)select new entries maintain data for new year 2008.

and also set version 0 for operating concern by selecting version 0 and then setting in operating concern
