How to plot a result in the rapport which depend on the query result

The aim will be to search in the query some kew word in a specific field and to plot in the rapport a result that depend of the kew word found.

More precisly: I have in my data base a field that contain information like "Inspection of xxxx" or "Modification of xxxx"; I would like that when it's written "Inspection", the result in the rapport is "I", and respectivly "M" for "Modification"
