We have integrated SAP ERP system with our HYbris Marketing system (on premise) (Scenario B) using SLT.
The problem is that I can see entries in the table CAN_CE_IC_ROOT, but there is no data in any of the base tables BUT000, ADRC etc. Upon analysis we found that during SLT set up, our basis team created a new schema E4C instead of using SAP_CUAN_ERP schema in the SAP LT Configuration name. Is this the reason data is not replicated in our tables? Do we have to run any report to change the default schema in the marketing system. Please help.
Also though I can see about 6k records in the CUAN_CE_IC_ROOT table, I am hardly able to see few contacts <20 under Contacts and Profiles. Most of them do not have the indicator IS_CONTACT and IS_CONSUMER marked.
