what are the prerequisites to create collective documents????????????

Hello All

I want to know what are the prerequisites to create:

1-collective outbound delivery

2-Collective transfer order

3-collective shipping

4-collective billing

The ship to part should be the same, the bill to part should be the same ..?

Prerequisites for :-

1-collective outbound delivery

-Delivery date

shipping point

ship to party

incoterms should be same

2-Collective transfer order

Warehouse number

(Group the deliveries )- use this delivery group while creation TO

3-collective shipping

-Transportation planning point,

-route

-incoterms

4-collective billing

-Bill to party

-Bill to date

-Payment terms

-Material pricing group ( if maintained)

Hello,

For creating collective delivery:

Shipping point,Ship to party, Incoterms and delivery date should be the same for all the documents.

For creating colective Shipping documents, all the delivery documents should have same route and transportation planning point.

For creating the collective invoice, the preceding documents should have the same Payer, Payment terms .and depends upon the invoice split crieteria in the coping control.

Dear friend,

To create Collective delivery there are various transaction such as VL10G, Vl04 Vl10batch etc.

But you need to keep in mind the following points .

for clubing deliveries together.

1. the shipping point must be same

2.the delievry date must be same.

3.The ship to party must be same.

If you think functionally which customer deliveries should go together which will be comfortable to be delieverd in the right way.

eg: you do not want the same customer having requirement of 10 different goods have given different orders getting delivery 1 -1 every day. rather together in one day. If commitment date is the same.

Like wise others would be the same.
