Total value are not printed exactly in the pre-printed format

Dear All,

Can any one help me, In the repetitive area only three or less than three item need to display,i fixed the lines in repetitive area is 3 while i am giving the sum of the total are printed the exactly the total column, if the document contains 2 or 1 item means the total value are going up, what should i do ,
