performance issue with outbound queue

HI all,

We are facing an issue in production with messages waiting for long in Outbound Queue. Its an IDOC to JDBC scenario. Multiple Idocs are being sent by R/3 and after receiving them in XI in a span of two minutes, messages are waiting in the outbound queue. For adapter engine and integration engine also its taking very less time and even for mapping execution.

Recently no change has been done to neither scenario nor database.

Earlier it used to take 6 to 7 minutes for the execution of complete process. But these days its taking more than half an hour for the same process. There is no change in the incoming Idoc's size even.

Insertion of records is taking place in bunch.

Quality of Service is Exactly Once.

Please help me out to resolve this issue.

Hi,

Tune up the queues, Look for any old messages, sceduled or waiting messages then register and activate queues once.

You can do the load balancing also if the system performance is low and your messages or more.

There are no messages in the queue. I registered and activated queues. Refreshed Cache even.

can you please guide me how to do load balance?
