The Database logon is incomple or incorrect via OpenDoc

For some reason we have some crystal reports that we open via opendoc that had been working fine for a long time but now all of a sudden we get the "incorrect database logon" error when running the report.

The data is coming from BW and we use AD to authenticate the user so there isn't a need to define the username / password for the CR in CMC. Is there another place where it could be trying to access this information when running the report via opendoc?

    Hello Vi,

    Are you aware of any changes made?

    Are you using SSO to open Opendoc URL?

    Do you observe same error message while opening the report from BI Launchpad as well? If not checked please check and let me know.
