Asset Under construction capitalise wht way u capitalise in normal asset that way same

But only difference is the this is spl case becouse u need to create a settlement profile

I think u know AUC that means cost occur further also

By way of settlement profile rest of cost poted to auc asset rest of things normal

for settlement profile creation oko7 tc
