How to deleate PR

Hi all

Here am having 10 PR which are to be deleated.

Can any one guide me how to deleate the PR.

    choose the line item and select the delete icon,u will find that the delete icon has been placed just beside the line item.

    check and save the PR

    Hi got ME52N.

    Select the PR line item & click on the Delete Button, this will mark the PR for deletion

    dear vinod

    You cann't completly deleting the PR/PO from the system unless you do the archiving. This activity will be done by Basis consultants based on the approvals and if required to cleanup the old data then only they will do the archiving process.

    But if you want to delete the PR/PO you can set the deletion button at the each line items in PR/PO.So that any further process with respect to that PR/PO will not be done.

    But in your reports related to these PR/PO will be showed because of there number range exist in the Purchasing tables or any other tables.
