Enable Filter causing performance issue in report using query as filter

Hi Team,

I have a query which is using another query in variable of type replacement path.(capture 1). Now the issue with this query is when we enable the 'Query filters' is goes to long run time and finally result in 'TIMEOUT' . Alternatively if we click on the Information tab it goes to error stating 'BICS_PROV_GET_EFFECTIVE_SELECT' takes lot of time and going to dump.
