Workitem status showing " In process"

Hello Techies,

I have created all configuration in BRF plust workflow tool and written logic. It is a change material workflow. But one issue is happening, once approve the CR#. The status is showing final check approved. But workitem is showing as " In Process" status in background. It is happening with some of data. But once I use different data there is no such issue. I have attached screen. Let me guide how do I go further with this issue.
