Hi guys,

I have not handled copa but i have an issue which i need to solve.

Pl help

Below is the message i received from our users:

Errors was in the Tracing factor of 470-72 (PAA770).

In order to save the time, we have changed the setting temporarily for 71 instead of 72.

Correct setting is 72, however we cannot set the TF(Tracing Factor) of 72.

The segment of 470-72 contains of all Receiver data for 71 instead of 72.

Quite funny since we have created (72=CC/Division/PR/BA as Leather) in April 2008.

We don't know why 72 cannot work for Production Variance VVVRC (Allocation rule: 3->Fixed Percentage) ???

What do i need to do to rectify this?
