    Hi...

Cancel the document using MIGO --> Cancellation (Give GR number and click item OK). SAve the document. Or use T code MBST for cancellation of document.

    In the transaction MIGO,

Select Movt. Type 102,(on Top Right)

It is the Reversal Movement type of 101, i.e., Goods Receipt.

Select Movt. Type 102, and enter the material 500 no.s and check item ok box, give storage location and then save the document.

    Hi Rakesh,

Please check the material doc. number that was created as a consequence of your booking (in MB51). Refering to this mat. doc. no. in transaction MBST you can cancel your booking.

    Hi

You can cancel the material document using same trsaction code MIGO.

    In MIGO,

Instead of Goods receipt - give as CANCELLATION

and give your material document created for 500 nos. and press enter.

and select " item ok" check it

    and save it.

The material document would have been cancelled with movement type 102

    Hope this helps

    Regards

    Sasi
