I know the cause. How do I catch it. Itry on the execptions that CATCh has but none catch it.
Able to catch the errors. Now can I check the contents during processing of job so I can send out failure email?

As Ravi said, enable the error handling features in the Flat File format editor.
Refer Section Error handling for flat-file sources in Data Services Designer Guide

Hi ,
try error handling in source file (write errors to a file) and specify file name. all the error records will be loaded to that file.
