Restrict component stock to production order in MTS

In our production scenario, we have one component assigned to a finish product in the BOM. The component stock is limited and I have several production order for the finish material. How can I restrict the component stock to a particular Production Order in this case.

Hello

You cannot restrict goods movements for a specific order, however, you can try a work around using the ATP check.

Try to set your production orders to do not allow the release without the full confirmation, then you run the ATP check for the desired order first, committing the quantity for those orders. Subsequent production orders will not be releases, since there will be not enough quantity of this component, therefore, you won't be able to consume this component for other orders.
