KE24 Functionality ?

in KE24 Report showing Negative values and Positive values for any changes that we done in Sales Order for the respective line item.

I want to know in which cases it will show the Negative values and which cases it wil shows Positive Values and it is getting negative value if calculate all +values and -values, even the actual value in sales still positive.

that means the actual changes/replications are not updating in KE24 by giving the Sales Order.
