    Hi sudheer

    In your workflow create a activity to send mail.

    Within that activity mention the z function module and in the function module use the below function module

    CALL FUNCTION 'SO_OBJECT_SEND'

    EXPORTING

    object_hd_change = w_object_hd_change

    object_type = 'RAW'

    owner = sy-uname

    TABLES

    objcont = message_content

    receivers = receiver_list

    packing_list = packing_list

    att_cont = compressed_attachment

    Get back to me if any issues.

    Reward points if it was useful.

    Regards

    Hi,

    probably you have Receipent type = Organizational Object and Expression = &_WF_INITIATOR&. Instead of &_WF_INIITIATOR& you can use any variable of your workflow container. Hence you can define new variable RECEIPENT in your container and add new activity before sending an email. In this activity you will call your method of your BOR which will return receipent of mail for created material. This value will be transfered to container variable. After this activity, you will add step sending mail with Expression = &RECEIPENT&.

    btw: better place to post your question is in forim BPM & Workflow.

    Cheers
