Different date formats in BEX 2007 in a single line

Hi,

Please have a look at the following observation.

We execute a query which substracts two dates. D1, D2, formula D2 - D1.

We use Excel 2007 with BI 7.0.

We have a line in which D1 is displayed as 31/12/2007 (format DD/MM/YYYY), but the second date is displayed as 01/04/2008 (format MM/DD/YYYY). The result of the formula is 4 which is correct.

In TX RSRT both dates are displayed correctly (31.12.2007, resp. 04.01.2008), so it is in BEX with Excel 2003.

Any ideas how this can happen ?

Thanks in advance, Philipp

    Dear Nell,

    Try these options.

Check user specific data in SU01

Check own data in System > Status

    Change filed properties of Excel

    Regards,

    Ram.
