What is the difference between Source and Destination Item Category in CRM?

Hello Hamed,

Are you referring to the copying control in IMG?

If yes, please check the following example for the explanation:

Create a follow up order TA for a quotation AG

And quotation has one item with item category AGN.

Then I'd like to copy this item into the follow up order with item category TAN.

With this case, the source item category will be AGN and the destination/target item category will be TAN.

One is able to make customizing settings based on this combination.
