Material Determination

Hi Gurus,

I have done all settings for VBN1 and getting the results too for Exclusive i.e for Material A 100, Material B Free is 20. In Inclusive-cum Exclusive for Material A 100 getting Material A 20 free. The Item Category also is being determined properly i.e ZTAN and ZTNN.

The problem is for plain Inclusive i.e. for Material A 80 I want Material A 20 free. I have tried all combinations in VBN1 too.

Can anyone suggest any idea?

Thanks & Regards,

Vinod

    Hello,

Maintain the free goods in VBN1.

you have to maintain for inclusive, min quanity (80), from qty (80), free goods qty (20).so it will determine as 80,out of which 60 will be charged and 20 without charge. so the total will become 80.

    Hi

This can be done if you select 'Free ggods inlcusive without line item generation' when creating the records in VBN1. I donot remember the column name but it is almost third from end. Now when you create the sales order for 100 items, only 80 items will be charged out of 100. This can be observed from the Item - Conditions tab. Here R100 is not determined and NRAB will be determined.

    Thanks,

    Ravi
