Purchase Order Layout

Hi SAP Gurus,

is it possible to have different layouts of purchase orders for different vendors? if so, how to do that.

HI,

Since only one Program is attached to one message type. and layout is been defined in the program.

You should have many message types to fullfile your requirement.

Then go to MN04 and assign the message type to the vendor combination.

You need to have multiple output types & in MN04 trxn..

choose the Key Combination and assign diff Output types for Diff Vendors..

For different layouts you need to have different output types, based on the Number of layouts, you can create the same number of output types.

For one output type you will be able to assign one layout with respect to Print medium

You can now maintain the message condition record with the combination of vendor, document type & purchase organisation.
