    Hi,

In Material Master -- > Quality Management -- > Inspection Setup.

Add the inspection type 04 & Tick on active.

Now if you will create a production order & do the goods receipt against this production order. The stock will move to Quality Inspection & an Inspection Lot will be generated by system.

Against this inspection lot you can give the usage decision in Transection Code QA12.

    Hope this will help you.

    Thanks,

    Navin

      Sridhar,

You need to perform result recording after the inspection lot is created. Please check that Inspection lot is released before you conduct the UD. In QA02, see that material specification/inspection plan are properly maintained.

In case you want to force the inspection completion you can goto QE51--> UD or goto QA11 and record Usage decision by force completing the result recording. Here you can then accept/reject as per your procedure.

    hi

maintain inspection type 04 so that inspection lot should be created at the time of goods receipt from production and maintained skip allowed in the detail screen of that inspection type in quality management.

make usage decision by QA11 accepted or rejected

    Regards
