PT 60 is not picing the current quota

Hi sap gurus

Actually, one employee is gone onsite on 03.03.2008. we have been trying to update his quota in pt60, but it is not showing any error or it is not at all picking his quaota in 2006.

this problem is for only one employee. we give this same date IT0003 PDC. even though it is not picking . pls let me what is exact issue here why it is not picking his UK Quota.

This problem is not for all only one employee. remaining employees are getting correct.

actually that person was went to US then he came back again he went UK. here I am not able to generate UK quota.

I tried in different way by deleting US quota, and generated for UK . now UK quota is showing exactly right but US is not possible. we want both quoatas should be there.

Hi,

Just enter date in Evaluation upto field.

Do not enter anything in Forced Recalculation as of. If it does not work enter the retro date in this field.
