Billing doc from service confirmation not showing up in BDL

CRM billing experts:

My question is regarding service billing in CRM 2007.

Service contract billing is working fine for me. This is a CRM billing scenario. But billing from a service confirmation is not working. A billing document is generated without errors but I am not able to process it in billing due list.

What could be potentially missing? Please point me to a few check points.

Thanks for the help in advance.

KL

    Hi KL,

Even i am facing the same issue and have written a detailed message on the same:

    CRM 2007 Services billing

but have not got any replies. It seems a SAP bug. I would appreciate if you can open an OSS message for the same.

    Thanks

    Robin

To understand your problem correctly can you explain how you are sure that billing document is generated without errors?
