depencency of data load in the process chain

HI

depencency of data load in the process chain, how should i know the master data depend upon transaction data loading,

ie 0material is loading in the master data suppose master data is not completed starting the transection data loading. how should i know the this master data depend upon how many meta process chain.

You have to build the Meta chains -

Master data - AttribTextHier + Attrib Change Run.

and then before the start of transaction data chain put this Master data chain having condition as "SUCCESS" of master data.

my question is : if master data load is not completed , transaction data load start.

1. ie 0MATERIAL master data load is still not complet loading but start the transaction data load.

how should i know this master data is effect which sub-chain. where it is use.

please mention step by step
