XI SERVER QUESTION (Urgent Please)

Hi, all

I am running XI 3.0 in DEV system I create alert for XML messages follow tr: ALERTCATDEF when I add rules in RWB

But when Alert mail Server is crashed!!! for 5 to 10 munites and getting this error

SAP WebAS Engine is starting...

If this state does not change within a few minutes,

please contact your system administrator.

Check the recommendations in SAP Notes: 943498, 764417

Message: Dispatcher running but no server connected!

    hi awan,

    Check the recommended note in the error display.

      Hi, there

      Thaks for good and help, but that URL will change message to user side, not resolve problem, i mean why the messages comes up, you know there is funny!, at this morrining I just add rules category in RWB and alert comes then right that time, server crashed! for few munites...

      After i received lot of others alerts but server is running fine... no problem, why its crashed couple of times or sometime, if the probelm from framwork or RWB so it sould be crash everytime when alert occored

      anyway!!! kind of confouse question

      if you have any other clue please let me know
