Pls help me with the issue(pls )

Hi Experts!

Please help me with the issue.

I need to transfer data from .net system to sap system for

a customised tcode.

The whole process Should be automated .

I researched on this topic, and it seems ALE IDOC ,BAPI OR RFC can be used.

But i really dnt know how to move forward with this issue.
