Hi All-
We are in the midst of implementing an external facing portal for our current client. The current architecture design in place uses only SSL/VPN with an External LDAP to authenticate the user logging into the portal. However, we have a functional requirement of enabling the Self Registration functionality and display of anonymous content within the external facing portal.
Currently, i am being told that with the current architecture design (i.e. SSL/VPN (No Site Minder) or no Apache/Site Minder), we cannot make the anonymous content such as the self registration available beyond the intranet.
If this is true, what would be the suggested options (Architecture Design Changes) or other options within our current Architecture design to enable the Anonymous functionality for the external facing portal.
Any inputs would be highly appreciated !
Thanks,
Sundeep
