auto inspection lot no. in migo need to avoid based on criteria

Hi Frds,

I need to skip auto inspection lot number in MIGO transaction . How to avoid this inspection lot number . I have found the inspection lot no. generating place also . I want to know what what logic need to avoid these generating numbers Pls help me on this..

Scenario : If my Qty is lesser than 350 in the line item . At the time system should not create any inspection lot & stock has to post in Unrestricted stock only. Is there any possibilty to acheive in ABAP. Pls help me out

You can modify the number range and current number in the numbering configuration for inspection lots in configuration in QM under the Logistics section.

You could set the current number to be past the number(s) you are trying to avoid.

If that's not what you are looking for, than you need to provide some more info into what you are trying to accomplish.

Also, we to have a QM tag - PLM - Quality Management - (QM)

Could you clarify either you need another lot numbering or no quality inspection at all? could you give a little more details
