Is it possible to add to custom object screen the following features:

Hi,

Can you please have a look at Properties under NOTES section in TI screen as attached.

Note: Please note that not all of these properties works in HTML5 mode as few are only enabled in HTML5 and rest all works fine in Silverlight. Ex:Tags or Sticky Notes etc.
