error in deploying EAR file

hi experts,

iam trying to deploy EAR file created using NWDS, when i am trying to deploy in XI server i am getting the following error,

can any one solve my problem.

Deploy of the ear has errors :

java.rmi.RemoteException: Cannot deploy application sap.com/ldaptofileear..

Reason: Errors while compiling:
